USAS Delivers Letter to President Sands
Share this Post On April 21, over 40 students marched in Virginia Tech President Timothy Sands’ office to deliver a letter. This letter is one of several sent throughout the semester to President Sands that calls for him to pen a letter to Nike and put them on notice. The multinational shoe and clothing company has come under fire recently for their refusal to allow an independent workers’ rights organization called the Workers’ Rights Consortium to inspect their factories.
